Cirque Colors launched its Vice Collection.
The Vice 2023 Collection is back, and it’s badder than ever. Cirque Colors Vice 2023 Limited Edition Collection includes six neon nail polishes in three new shades and three old shades.
They are a riot all day and at night with their UV blacklight effect and eye-searing finish. Cirque Colors has introduced a new wide brush and cap made from 100% recycled plastic.
